24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full scheduled treatment fee.
Appointments begin at the booked start time. Late arrival, washroom use, consultation, changing and billing are included in the reserved appointment time. The appointment still ends at the scheduled time.
